2. Wash the bean sprouts by rinsing them with cold water, then soak them for 5 minutes in water.
3. Then leave the sprouts in a colander for 30 minutes to dry it.
4. Heat up oil at medium-high in a wok and put the garlic in too. Continue to stir fry the garlic until it begins to smell nicer.
5. Put the bean sprouts in and stir fry them for around 30 seconds.
6. Add spring onion and continue stir frying for around 30 more seconds.
7. Your dish is now done.
